The Fill Bill 02 is the winner on the market in its price range. The applied refilling method is the vacuum method. To fill in the ink you no longer need to drill into the cartridge. Refilling becomes less laborious. With the vacuum generated beforehand the ink gets drawn into the cartridge through the ink outlet. Now that the ink is already at the ink outlet you no longer need suction. The cartridge can be used again directly.
