Enoki, Pompom or Milk?
Three shades of white, three applications
We have developed three white inks for our Resin Ink range - because not all white is the same. In Resin Art, there are the most diverse applications for creating works of art. To create the different effects, the inks used have to meet special requirements. Each of our white inks has special properties that create different effects in the resin and are therefore more suitable for certain techniques. But which ink is suitable for what?
For plain white colouring of your epoxy resin artwork, our MILK ink is best. This highly pigmented, white resin ink is extremely economical and can therefore be used very sparingly. The mixing ratio of your used resin components and the drying times are therefore not affected. Our MILK provides the perfect base for resin pictures, geode art, marine pictures and river tables.
For the popular Petri Dish Art, our two white shades ENOKI and POMPOM are the right choice. For Petri Dish Art, first drop our coloured, transparent Fluids Resin Inks into the liquid resin and then add the white Inks. The pigment of the white Alcohol Inks sinks to the bottom and thus creates the impressive splash effects. With our two Resin Inks ENOKI and POMPOM, which were specially developed for this technique, you can influence yourself how much and how deep the white colour sinks into the resin.
For the petri dish effect in deeper resin layers, use ENOKI white. It sinks quickly and creates strong effects in your resin artwork.
POMPOM can be used for more delicate effects, such as the Reptile Skin effect. The POMPOM white does not sink very deep into the resin and tends to stay in the upper resin layers. This allows you to create spectacular works of art with even more depth.
