The Elox is the further development of the legendary Aero from Diplomat. The basis of this modern writing instrument is once again the innovative cigar shape, reminiscent of a zeppelin. The body of the fountain pen is made of pleasantly heavy aluminium and is refined by a unique double anodising process that gives it its futuristic appearance and makes it resistant to scratches, knocks and rust.

The first step is a full black anodisation of the body, followed by a pattern milled into the case. A second anodising is then carried out to give the fountain pen its contrasting colour. This elaborate process guarantees a long life for the fountain pen.

The grip piece, which has been anodised in the contrasting colour, is also made of aluminium and completes the noble design. The large stainless steel nib, typical of Diplomat, glides smoothly over the paper and thus ensures absolute writing pleasure.

The Elox has the exclusive "Soft sliding click" closing system, which ensures a smooth and secure closing of the cap with constant closing force.

The Diplomat Elox fountain pen is equipped with a cartridge converter system and can be filled with standard ink cartridges as well as with the converter included in the delivery.

The fountain pen is 100% manufactured in Germany and therefore rightly bears the quality mark "Made in Germany".
