The chip resetter was made for original printer cartridges of the following printers: Brother DCP-J 1100 DW, HL-J 6000 DW, HL-J 6100 DW, MFC-J 1300 DW, MFC-J 5945 DW, MFC-J 6945 DW, MFC-J 6947 DW and possibly others.

Note: The resetter was designed to reset original cartridges. It resets compatible or replica cartridges and chips only (without warranty) if they are technically resetable. Cartridges with deactivated ink level can possibly be reset, as long as they are suitable for resetting. A warranty for this is excluded.

The reset process is quite easy.
Simply plug the USB cable of your printer to the chip resetter and connect the other end to your computer. The resetter will now be powered by the computer's USB port and the LED will flash red. Hold the chip contacts of your cartridge against the pins of the resetter and wait a short moment. The LED will now turn green. You can, provided you have filled the cartridge, now print again.

The inks included in the set were developed and manufactured by the ink manufacturer Octopus Fluids GmbH and Co KG. Octopus Fluids inks are premium inks. They are specially adapted to the respective printer type and thus achieve the best printing results. Their minimum shelf life is 2 years. They are not universal inks.
