    Firmwareupdate durchführen!

    Die Chips funktionierten zunächst nicht bei mir. Der Service war sehr kulant und hat mir kostenlos neue Chips zugesandt um eine fehlerhafte Charge auszuschließen. Diese funktionierten aber wieder nicht, also habe ich mir die Cartridges aus dem Shop hier bestellt.
    Das brachte den Drucker auch nicht dazu, meine Patronen zu erkennen.

    Zum Schluss habe ich den Drucker auf die neueste Firmware aktualisiert und es funktionierte! Etwas Lehrgeld bezahlt, aber immerhin funktioniert es jetzt und es hilft vielleicht weiteren Käufern.

Bei den von Ihnen gekauften Chips handelt es sich um alternative, nicht originale Ware von Brother, sodass diese folglich nicht mit dem Resetter zurückgesetzt werden.
