The Epson 26 cartridges for Epson Expression Premium XP 600, 605, 700, 800 printers are equipped with a chip. When the cartridge is empty, the chip signals to the printer that the cartridge is empty.

The original chips on the cartridges are replaced with these single-use chips for Epson 26, which then monitor the filling level of the cartridges. The chips are useable once.

Printing capacity of the chips:
Epson 26 black = 220 pages
Epson 26 photo black = 200 pages
Epson 26 cyan= 300 pages
Epson 26 magenta = 300 pages
Epson 26 yellow = 300 pages
