    These single-use chips for HP 950XL, 951XL cartridges reset the filling level display of the cartridges to "full".

    Compatible to:
    HP 950XL (CN045AE) black
    HP 951XL (CN046AE) cyan
    HP 951XL (CN047AE) magenta
    HP 951XL (CN048AE) yellow

    HP 950XL, 951XL cartridges are equipped with a chip. When the cartridge is empty, the original chip signals to the printer that the cartridge is empty. If you refill the cartridge, it can only be used if the original chip has not expired or been damaged. The corresponding replacement chip is available here.

    The expired or damaged original chips are replaced with these replacement chips for HP 950XL, 951XL.

    The useful life of the chip is about 2 years. The chips are usable once and have a capacity of approx. 2,300 pages for the black cartridge and approx. 1,500 pages for the cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges.
