This longprint continuous ink supply system (CISS) includes a remanufactured, original HP 45 inkjet cartridge (C6119A) and comes with 444 ml black, pigmented ink. It is capable of replacing Your old HP 45 inkjet cartridge, containing 42 ml ink only, used in printers made by HP, Domino, WOLKE, HSA Jet, Videojet, reajet, APS, Microjet and more. With one filling You can print ten times as much as in comparison to one original HP inkjet cartridge without a CISS.

Please pay attention to: This longprint CISS for HP 45 cartridges is not suitable for printers where the HP 45 cartridge is located within a moving print head compartment as they are in usual HP desktop printers for example. The CISS is designed for beeing used in industrial marking processes. For that pupose it is necessary to mount the inkjet cartridge fixed in the printer and / or at the production line.

The inks used in the longprint CISS are water based, black pigmented inks. They are developed by Octopus Fluids® to suit the needs of industrial printing. Beside printing the first suitable print immediately the deep black print result, thanks to the used high quality black pigmented dispersion, clearly stands out from the printing media. 1D codes as well as 2D codes appear sharp and clear. The inks are suitable for printing on many kinds of paper, cardboard, wood or particle boards.
The viscosity and surface tension of the inks are adjusted to ensure an optimal flow of ink from the CISS´s ink tank towards the cartridge´s integrated print head. Production at a high clock rate and huge print jobs are common business in industrial evironments - our longprint system supports this. You can run Your production without stopping it for replacing empty HP 45 inkjet cartridges for a very long time.
