    Tip Top, genial einfach, Null Probleme und alles läuft wie es sein soll

    Ich habe jahrelang Original oder passende Zubehör Patronen für meine diversen Drucker gekauft. In letzter Zeit kam es mit den Zubehörpatronen vermehrt zu Störungen. Patronen wurden auf einmal nicht mehr erkannt, etc. Nach langer Recherche bin ich bei Octupus gelandet. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter telefonischer Kontakt / Beratung.

    "Ich konnte jetzt nicht klar herauslesen, wie das mit dem Chip Reset funktioniert. Geschieht dieser nun automatisch oder benötigt man hier zusätzliche noch den Chip Resetter? "

Wichtig ist, dass Drucker vorher die Meldung: "leer" (Symbol: roter Kreis mit weißem X), angezeigt hat Ein Chipresetter ist dafür nicht notwendig. Ihr Octopus Team"
