Ink Cartridges for Canon PGI-525, CLI-526 incl. grey with auto reset chip

Attention: These ink cartridges for Canon PGI-525 and Canon CLI-526 have an auto reset chip which resets itself every time you remove the cartridge from your printer or switch the printer off. This way, you can easily go on printing after each refill.

These ink cartridges replace Canon PGI-525 and Canon CLI-526 cartridges.

On principle, the entire set of cartridges must be replaced. Using individual ink cartridges combined with original cartridges of the Canon PGI-525 and Canon CLI-526 series is not possible.

The easy way of refilling Canon PGI-525 and Canon CLI-526 cartridges! Refill those cartridges in this way. Remove the colored upper plug from the filler opening and fill it up with ink. Reinsert the earlier removed plug.
The yellow strip at the top labelled "air" has to be removed during the printing process. This way, air can replace the ink used for printing; otherwise a vacuum is created that impedes the flow of the ink to the print head.

Please check the filling level of the cartridges regularly in between printing. The transparent cartridge casing allows you to see the filling level at any time.
We recommend a filling level slightly exceeding the level provided by the OEM in order to avoid damage to your print head due to a dry cartridge.

Please check that you use the correct ink for these cartridges for Canon PGI-525 and Canon CLI-526! All-round inks or inks for other cartridge types may affect the operation of your printer and even damage the print head.
