Exchanging your reset chip:
When your printer shows the message “Toner empty” you have to change your reset chip. Please note that in many cases after refilling your laser toner cartridge you can keep on printing without having changed the reset chip. For convenience we would recommend an exchange during the refill of your laser toner cartridge. Thus you avoid abrupt malfunction during the process of printing.
